About The Position

As an Items Analyst - Level 1 position you will be on the (EVS) Electrical and Vehicle Systems team within Item Management. You will be responsible for supporting day to day activities within a cross-functional team to ensure successful delivery of commitments. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and requires a Secret security clearance after starting. Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Holds at least 1 year of professional experience.
  • Experience in supply chain management, procurement, item management, program management, logistics, or related business discipline
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Seeking a team player with a positive attitude who is a self-starter and familiar with inventory management, financial, contracting, and product support activities.
  • Experience with Supply Chain Item Management.
  • Experience with operational support or program management.
  • Individual should be familiar with requirements development, management, negotiation, and verification.
  • Candidate should have exceptional organizational, administrative, and planning skills with prior experience managing complex tasks and suppliers.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management and Prioritization of Systemic Action Items
  • Cross-functional team integration and project engineering oversight for F-35 Item Management team
  • Frequent Communication and Escalation of key inhibitors to the Leadership Team
  • Processing and managing the repair life cycle of all designated parts to include all pre and post actions
  • Managing TSLs (Target stock levels) of all designated parts to include all pre and post actions
  • Processing and managing customer demands of all designated parts to include all pre and post actions
