About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking dedicated professionals to join their team as Italian Speaking Customer Experts for Singapore Airlines in Greece. This role involves representing one of the world's most awarded airlines, providing exceptional service, and upholding high industry standards while living in Athens. The position requires assisting travelers with bookings, modifications, itinerary management, and resolving complex customer inquiries related to aviation policies, loyalty programs, and travel regulations. The ideal candidate will maintain high customer satisfaction through personalized communication in Italian and collaborate with international teams to ensure a seamless passenger experience. Responsibilities also include managing travel documentation for compliance with safety and security standards and meeting performance quality indicators.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) to provide high-end service for Singapore Airlines.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international hub.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your relocation to Greece.
• Flexibility to work in a rotating shift environment common in the global aviation sector.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the aviation or premium customer service industry is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional passenger care.
