About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a talented professional for the Italian Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Sofia, Bulgaria. The consultant will provide world-class support to Italian-speaking clients, manage vehicle rental reservations, handle booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations, offer travel advice, resolve billing and contract queries, collaborate with international partners, maintain CRM records, and drive revenue through upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our office in Sofia.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for travel and client success.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to Italian-speaking clients managing vehicle rental reservations across the tourism sector.
• Manage end-to-end booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with high professional standards.
• Offer expert travel advice and logistics recommendations to enhance the tourist experience for our international clientele.
• Resolve billing and contract-related queries efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international rental partners to ensure seamless service delivery for travelers.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our internal CRM systems.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities for vehicle upgrades and premium insurance packages.
