Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• A valid EU passport or work permit allowing for employment in Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in navigating reservation systems and digital booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to German-speaking customers regarding vehicle reservations and travel logistics.
• Manage the end-to-end booking process, ensuring accuracy in vehicle availability and rental terms within the travel sector.
• Address customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues related to existing rental agreements and travel documentation.
• Coordinate with fleet management and local branches to guarantee seamless service delivery for every client.
• Upsell and cross-sell travel-related insurance and value-added services to enhance the customer rental experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the travel support department through proactive problem-solving.
