About The Position
Stefanini Group is looking for an IT Warehouse Associate for a globally recognized company! This depot tech position is needed for computer/peripheral shipping, receiving, and inventory monitoring. It is for a temporary 4-month project focused on refreshing and shipping computers and receiving older computer back.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Maneuver manual pallet jack
- Demonstrated organization skills to track computers ready to ship, peripherals ready to ship, received computers and peripherals
- Experience with ServiceNow - receiving against POs and asset management
- Strong documentation and communication skills for updating tickets and working with end-users
- Experience with shipping procedures and guidelines for computer devices
- Inventory tracking experience
- Experience handling received computers for quarantine and drive wipe processes
