About The Position

The IT Vendor Reporting Analyst plays a central role in supporting the IT Division’s vendor performance framework, focusing on monitoring, measuring, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), deliverables, and operational outcomes across ITD vendor engagements. The Analyst develops and maintains performance dashboards, reporting tools, workflow processes, and documentation that ensure consistent oversight and transparency of vendor performance. This position also designs reporting and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency across Vendor Management, Finance Operations, PMO, and the Fiscal Innovation Team (FIT). The Analyst ensures measurement rigor, data accuracy, and actionable insights that enable leadership to assess vendor contract performance, risk, trends, and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from appropriately accredited institution in a discipline related to the area of assignment with three years of programmatic experience related to the area of assignment OR An equivalent combination of training and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong skills in data analysis, financial reporting, and process automation using tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Effective communicator with experience in developing, editing, and presenting reports, summaries, and technical information.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation and reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting or managing vendor performance frameworks, SLA/KPI monitoring, or contract governance.

Responsibilities
