The IT Learning and Development Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging technology training programs that support user adoption and effective use of firm systems. This role is part of the IT Learning and Development team and will assist in designing, developing, and delivering training solutions that meet business needs. The Trainer will independently facilitate training sessions, support the development of learning materials, and provide ongoing user support, while continuing to build expertise in instructional design and learning technologies. This position reports to the IT Experience and Adoption Services Manager and requires regular in-office presence in the New York office (at least 3 days per week, or as business needs require).
