About The Position

The IT Technology Manager establishes strategy, develops business plans, and oversees the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that meet business needs. The role provides leadership and oversight for performance and results across one or more Information Technology disciplines and is accountable for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems and supported business processes. The manager provides organizational leadership, vision, and direction; works with IT leaders to align IT strategy with business strategy; and oversees technology portfolio value streams with attention to cost and risk. The position promotes innovative technologies and business transformation, maintains strong production system and application performance, and oversees DevOps processes and tools that automate code releases. It also leads technology roadmaps, manages third-party technical and outsourcing relationships, supports a high-performing and diverse team, and ensures technology processes comply with applicable standards and company policies. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of experience in IT roles.
At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
At least 5 years of SharePoint design, installation, configuration, and administration experience.
At least 2 years of SQL experience.
At least 2 years of HTML experience.
At least 1 year of on-premise-to-cloud migration experience.
High school graduate or GED.

Manage third-party technical and outsourcing relationships to deliver project and operational support objectives.
Ensure technology processes comply with applicable standards and company policies.
