About The Position

The IT Technology Leader leads projects focused on implementing new technologies and improving existing IT infrastructure. The role ensures IT platforms and solutions align with corporate IT strategy, cybersecurity requirements, and standards, while supporting existing infrastructure to maintain operational continuity.

The position is based in Koppel, Pennsylvania, with a schedule of four days onsite and one remote. It includes passive 24/7 on-call duty one week out of every eight and occasional travel within the United States and Canada for project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define IT network architecture, designing, developing, and evaluating tools to ensure timely and effective implementation of IT solutions.
• Ensure information accessibility, availability, performance, and integrity.
• Meet service level agreements by supporting users and resolving incidents in a timely and effective manner.
• Support procurement by defining technical requirements, ensuring hardware standardization, performance, and capacity, and participating in vendor negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with Tenaris policies, procedures, management standards, cybersecurity requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, managing HR-related activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper use and protection of facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to the area.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Automation, and Maintenance to align OT deployments with existing IT standards and security.
