About The Position
The IT Technician is responsible for executing server conversions by following documented conversion walkthrough procedures. This role performs detailed pre conversion readiness checks, executes server host swaps and data migrations, validates encryption, configures software and hardware components, performs post conversion testing with stores, and completes all required documentation. The technician is also responsible for troubleshooting issues during conversions and coordinating escalations or rollbacks when required.
