The IT Technician will be responsible for supporting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to end-user hardware and software. This role provides timely and professional support to users in both office and manufacturing environments. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting login, access, and basic application issues (Microsoft Windows, MS365, Infor, and other PC applications), setting up, configuring, updating, and deploying new user devices (PCs, scanners, printers, etc.), and installing and maintaining approved software applications. The technician will perform routine maintenance, updates, and replacements, assist users with IT issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office, and Infor applications, and document recurring issues, fixes, and system configurations. They will also escalate complex issues appropriately while owning resolution follow-through, assist with other IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts, maintain accurate asset and user records, follow established security and access control procedures, and provide end-user training on IT-related topics where appropriate.
