About The Position

Average hourly rate is $20.80 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) Are you passionate about technology and driven to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic IT environment? Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our team in Wichita Falls, TX. As an IT Technician, you'll be the go-to person for technical support, ensuring smooth operations for our team and the critical work they do for kids and families. Your responsibilities will include: Provisioning user accounts and resolving connectivity issues. Troubleshooting equipment abnormalities. Managing helpdesk tickets and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) within two business days. Supporting staff in your assigned region, with occasional travel as required. Collaborating with a forward-thinking IT team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in computer systems or a helpdesk setting is preferred.
  • On-the-job training provided.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards.
  • Predictive Index assessments assist hiring managers determine if a candidate may be a good match for the position.
