Seasonal IT Technician - Thursday to Sunday (Days)
About The Position
Printful is seeking a detail-oriented Seasonal IT Technician to help ensure its IT infrastructure runs smoothly. This seasonal position has an expected end date of December 31, 2026, although the date may change based on business needs. The role works Thursday through Sunday on days. The IT Technician inspects infrastructure performance, manages user accounts and access rights, helps secure online systems and company equipment, communicates technical issues and planned interruptions to users and management, and participates in system development projects. The role also includes other duties as assigned. Printful is an on-demand printing and fulfillment company that serves online businesses through fulfillment centers worldwide. Requirements
- Associate’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
- CompTIA A+ certification or a similar networking certification.
- At least 2 years of general IT experience.
- Knowledge of IT networks and protocols.
- Experience with macOS/iOS devices.
- Experience with label printers such as Zebra.
- Experience with G Suite.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well as part of a global team and with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Inspect IT infrastructure to assess its performance.
- Inform management about problems, needed improvements, and planned interruptions.
- Manage user accounts and access rights, and keep users informed of technical issues.
- Identify problems, implement policies, and take action to secure online systems and company equipment.
- Participate in system development projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with OSHA requirements while on work premises.
