The IT Tech provides technology support to end users, troubleshoots problems, and contributes to a safe, team-oriented work environment. The role calls for a customer-focused professional with knowledge of network administration, computer hardware and software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements
- Knowledge of network administration, hardware, software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of PC hardware support experience preferred.
- Manufacturing IT experience is a plus.
