About The Position

The IT Tech Analyst serves primarily as a project team member in the review of project, design, and technical deliverables. This role involves updating and maintaining technical documentation, researching and resolving issues, participating in the implementation of software programs and platform solutions, and contributing to release activities and on-call rotations. The analyst will also be involved in code reviews, unit testing, and responding to inquiries from internal IT teams. Additionally, the role includes creating and maintaining automated test scripts, system documentation, run books, and manuals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
1 year programming experience, or successful participation in the Tech Youth Program
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Experience scripting with: JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, Jelly, and Angular JS

Responsibilities

Update and maintain technical documentation for projects and assignments using the appropriate tools and deliverables.
Proactively research, identify, and resolve issues and/or code as necessary.
Participate in the implementation of software programs, platform solutions, etc.
Participate in release activities and on-call rotations as needed.
Be part of a team that is involved in code reviews and unit testing efforts.
Work with the team to respond to and answer questions generated by internal IT teams.
Create and maintain automated test scripts, system documentation, run books, and/or manuals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
