About The Position

SSA Holdings is looking for a talented IT Systems Technician Level I to join our team! This role involves providing technical support for the ticketing system, handling support requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system functionality. The IT Systems Technician I will work closely with other IT Systems staff and end-users to ensure that the ticketing system is running efficiently and effectively. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in computer science or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the ticketing system.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with the ticketing system.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions within the ticketing system.
  • Respond to support requests in a timely manner and escalate issues as needed.
  • Provide end-user training on the ticketing system and related applications.
  • Maintain system documentation and update it as needed.
  • Work with other IT Ticketing Systems staff to ensure that the ticketing system is integrated with other systems and applications as needed.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to ticketing systems and applications.
