This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Helpdesk or Service Desk professional with 3–5 years of experience and ready to expand into infrastructure, networking, and cloud operations. This role offers direct exposure to a modern enterprise stack including Azure, Entra ID, and Intune, as well as hands-on experience with security-driven infrastructure and Zero Trust initiatives. It provides an opportunity to grow beyond Helpdesk into Engineering with strong mentorship from senior infrastructure and security teams.
