The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting QuickBox technology operations by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting computer hardware, software, network systems, user equipment, and related technology needs across assigned locations. This position provides day-to-day IT support to employees, assists with system setup and upgrades, supports network administration tasks, resolves hardware and software issues, and helps ensure technology systems meet operational and business needs. The IT Systems Specialist may support office, warehouse, and remote technology needs, including workstations, printers, scanners, handheld devices, user access, software applications, and other IT-related equipment or systems. The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting QuickBox technology operations by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting computer hardware, software, network systems, user equipment, and related technology needs across assigned locations.
