About The Position

Aquatech is seeking a full-time IT Business Systems Support professional to join their team in Canonsburg, PA. This role focuses on supporting and improving business applications such as ERP, CRM, finance, and HR. It's an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT or business systems career who enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems, and assisting users. A key aspect of this role is understanding business processes and implementing them within business systems.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of business processes (finance, operations, sales, supply chain)
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM or business applications (coursework or internship acceptable)
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP B1, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Exposure to SQL, reporting tools, or workflow automation
• Help desk or support experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Two (2) years of experience is preferred
• One (1) year of experience with SAP is preferred

Responsibilities

• Usage and support for ERP/CRM and other business applications
• Develop Business reporting as required by business
• Troubleshoot issues and document resolutions
• Assist with setup, and basic system configuration
• Support data imports/exports and routine system tasks
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials
• Participate in testing for updates, patches, and small enhancements
• Support procurement, inventory, and project tracking processes
• Troubleshoot system and data issues; escalate as needed
• Work with engineering and operations teams to align system data with business processes
