We are looking for a hands-on IT Systems & Support Specialist to provide primarily on-site technical support across our Calgary and Canmore offices and hospitality properties, while also taking ownership of key components of our Microsoft cloud and endpoint environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical issues in person, building strong relationships with staff, and supporting end users in fast-paced operational environments, while also contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and security platforms. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations while helping implement and maintain device management, endpoint security, data governance, and identity standards, contributing to a more secure, scalable, and modern IT environment. This role will also support the organization’s adoption of modern Microsoft capabilities, including security, data governance, and AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring they are implemented in a secure and practical manner.
