About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Computing Applications Monitoring Support (ECAMS) Watch Officer in support of 24/7/365 operations. This role provides active onsite operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT systems and subsystems via various tools to support enterprise services to a worldwide customer base. Through the use of various IT tools, members are expected to identify performance issues, isolate faults, correct faults, and escalate when necessary within Service Level Agreements. The position requires attention to detail, documentation of all work performed via appropriate ticketing/tracking systems, and close collaboration with customers, other teams, and management to resolve incidents via verbal and written communications, providing regular updates until incidents are resolved. The Watch Officer must be able to provide summary reports to both technical and non-technical individuals that address the identification of incidents, steps taken to resolve incidents, and the root cause of incidents. Additionally, the role involves performing administrator functions, including account creation, modification, and deletion across various systems, as well as workstation and server patching and other duties related to supporting Tier III initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail oriented

Responsibilities

  • Provide active onsite operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT systems and subsystems via various tools to support enterprise services to worldwide customer base.
  • Identify performance issues, isolate faults, correct faults, and escalate when necessary within Service Level Agreements.

  • Collaborate closely with customers, other teams, and management to resolve incident(s) via verbal and written communications while providing regular updates until incident(s) are resolved.
  • Provide summary reports to both technical and non-technical individuals that address identification of the incident(s), steps taken to resolve incident(s), and root cause of incident(s).
  • Perform Administrator functions, including creation, modification, and deletion of accounts across various systems.
  • Perform workstation and server patching and other duties as they apply to supporting Tier III initiatives.
