This position is a primary break-fix and escalation resource for the SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, OneDrive for Business, and Viva Engage environments in the A dvocate Health Microsoft 365 tenant. This person must work closely with the IT Help Desk and engage with both technical and end-user teammates to resolve support tickets and provide guidance to management when support patterns emerge that require a more comprehensive change in the A dvocate Health computing environment. This IT Systems Engineer must also answer questions and provide guidance on how to use Microsoft 365 applications within the boundaries of the A dvocate Health Governance Plan and I T acceptable use policies . The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of technical support experience that includ e s the Microsoft 365 suite of applications as well as the Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and OneNote desktop applications.
