Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with IT Engineering and systems integration, including Digital Engineering Tool integrations and exploration of AI/ML solutions to improve integration workflows
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn to develop or deploy machine learning solutions for systems engineering or IT operations
  • Experience building, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing AI-based applications
  • Experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Experience applying AI techniques to improve system performance, predictive analytics, or anomaly detection
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud ecosystems and cloud-based AI/ML services such as Amazon SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform
  • Experience with networking and cybersecurity principles, including implementing AI-assisted threat detection and response mechanisms
  • Knowledge of AI-driven solutions in IT systems accreditation and compliance with SRG or STIG requirements
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a STEM field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience applying AI/ML techniques to requirements and architecture development across the systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience performing analysis studies using AI/ML in modeling and simulation environments, such as predictive simulations or behavior analysis
  • Experience supporting aerospace systems engineering activities, incorporating AI-based methodologies for design optimization and predictive maintenance
  • Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, R, and Bash or PowerShell, for developing or automating AI processes
  • Knowledge of AI-based tools for exploring big data analytics and automation platforms that integrate AI capabilities, such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in translating technical AI/ML concepts for varied stakeholders
  • Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related fields
  • Certified fluency in modeling languages, such as UML, SysML, and OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification
  • Cloud+, AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional, Azure, or GCP Certification
  • CSEP or ASEP INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification
