Anduril’s IT Systems team builds the systems that keep our internal customers (the engineers, operators, and back-office teams across Anduril) productive. We’re looking for a Systems Engineer to help us automate IT processes end-to-end: turning manual, ticket-driven work into reliable software, applying AI where it makes sense, and shipping self-service tools that let employees resolve common issues without ever opening a ticket. The work is split roughly between two outcomes. First, increasing service desk agent efficiency by building automations, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that take routine tasks off our agents’ plates so they can focus on the harder problems. Second, providing self-service automations to internal customers: employee-facing tools that handle common requests (access, provisioning, lifecycle changes, troubleshooting) instantly and safely. This is a role with wide berth. You’ll have the latitude to design, build, and implement solutions that materially improve service quality and operational efficiency for the entire company.
