About The Position
The IT & Systems Coordinator will ensure that the correct technological accelerators are in place to maximize the efficiency of the global Vapor Ministries team. This role involves maintaining and advancing the organization's IT infrastructure, providing support to team members, and implementing new systems to improve efficiency.

- Must be highly detailed and organized
- Must be able to be well spoken verbally and in writing
- Must be able to give good directions during training
- Have excellent problem-solving skills
- Have strong hardware skills in computers such as Apple and Windows based systems
- Be familiar with Microsoft based software, G-Suite applications and administration, and Salesforce administration
Responsibilities
- Maintain an IT Support system efficiently and effectively across the entity
- Offer assistance and support across Vapor Ministries team members in technology needs
- Handle day-to-day technology issues in a timely manner
- Ensure systems are running well by checking in, testing the technology, and upgrade any technology if needed
- Stay on top of current technology trends
- Upgrade systems/hardware for current needs
- Improve current systems/hardware as needed
- Find and/or create systems that will help with efficiency and departmental support
- Create least amount of resistance and downtime during implementation/creation of systems
- Maintain implemented systems
- Improve system efficiency
- Departmental technology support
