About The Position

The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting IT applications and ensuring their availability, stability, and reliability. The analyst monitors system performance, identifies and resolves technical issues, and helps ensure efficient operation of clinical systems. The role also provides technical support to end users and collaborates with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems related to clinical systems.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including experience with nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies, or an associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of inter-related solutions and IT systems in the aligned application domain.
Develop and maintain knowledge of related IT systems and supporting business and IT domains.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of operational workflows.
Strong documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
