About The Position

The IT Systems Analyst III supports an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) application, working under minimal supervision to provide technical support for the EHS solution. The role interacts with core business users and works as part of a multifaceted IT team. It combines maintenance and development activities and participates in service delivery and customer satisfaction. The assignment is temporary, lasts six months, and is onsite in Houston, Texas.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience with SQL, preferably Oracle.
• Data analysis and modeling skills.
• At least 3 years of web service development experience in any language.
• At least 5 years of .NET development experience or experience with a comparable fourth-generation language.

Nice To Haves

• Experience administering, configuring, and supporting Enablon EHS solutions.
• Experience with Enablon Industrial Hygiene, Air Quality, Compliance, and Action Plans modules.
• Experience integrating Enablon with custom applications.
• Experience with Sphera Essential Suite (ESuite).
• Experience with complex emissions modeling in the Air Quality module.
• Experience with regulatory and sustainability content software, preferably Enhesa-RegScan.
• Experience with federal and multi-state regulatory reporting, including TX STEERS.
• Knowledge of Angular or React frameworks.
• Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Enablon and Sphera Essential Suite (ESuite) applications.
• Administer, configure, and support an Enablon EHS solution.
• Provide custom technology solutions for ancillary EHS systems.
• Identify potential opportunities or risks that may affect the EHS system.
• Collaborate with customers to determine user requirements and develop appropriate system specifications.
• Complete required Change Management tasks and relevant SOX control requirements, if applicable.
• Facilitate and coordinate end-user acceptance testing, issue management, problem escalation, and resolution.
• Track delivery and generate management reports as needed.
