The Systems Analyst will be part of the IT Team, reporting to the IT Director and supporting the network and all applications, but will integrate with the Operations Team and may report to the Operations Director on special projects. The primary function of the Systems Analyst is to fully understand and support their assigned systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and advanced features. They are expected to have advanced knowledge of their systems and general knowledge of all other systems and applications, sufficient to aid in Tier I troubleshooting or multi-system issue resolution. Systems Analyst will split their time between their designated office and time in the clinics as required for application support and projects.
