Devoted Technology Services is the IT Division of Merrell Bros., Inc. We deliver proactive, secure, and scalable technology solutions tailored to the unique needs of small and mid-sized businesses across Central and North Central Indiana. From managed IT and cybersecurity to cloud solutions and VoIP, we empower our clients to grow while we handle the tech. We also consult and support internal operations across all Merrell Bros., Inc. divisions - including Business IT, A/V systems, DevOps, and Operational Technology (OT). We are seeking a reliable and eager-to-learn Tech Solutions Analyst / Systems Support Technician to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning new technology, and developing strong troubleshooting skills in a supportive environment. You’ll assist with resolving everyday IT issues, documenting your work, and working alongside experienced technicians to deliver excellent service to our clients. We’re looking for someone who is coachable, detail-oriented, communicates well, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
Requirements
- Related Degree in business information technology or 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Self-starter with the ability to pursue unique or strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting technique.
- Strong emphasis on communication skills, verbal and written, to both technical and non-technical users, and ability to communicate with any position within a company org chart (Executive to Frontline).
- Client-focused with an ability to nurture relationships with teammates and those we serve.
Nice To Haves
- Related CompTIA, ISC2, Microsoft, or Google certifications are desirable but not required.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, helpdesk operations, network operations, DevOps, and Cyber Security is desirable but not required.
