Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a managed service provider
• Fluent in English
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking
• Well-versed in the Microsoft Online Platform
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Focus on work in a noisy environment with frequent distractions
• Attention to detail
