About The Position

Nestled in the San Bernardino Mountains between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear, our 250-acre mountain facility is conveniently located in Running Springs, CA, only 90 minutes from Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties. Pali Mountain is home to Pali Adventures, an overnight sleep away camp, Pali Institute, an outdoor education program and Pali Retreat, a mountain retreat and conference center. Assists IT department as needed, including but not limited to the following: While working at Pali Mountain you will monitor and repair network infrastructure, maintain our public WIFI, remotely manage software on staff computers, purchase new equipment when necessary and properly dispose of old equipment and maintain existing hardware. Along with working on our computer network you will maintain our phone system, assist with audio/video set up and continual maintenance on both.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with IT customer service
  • Strong work ethic
  • Previous experience working on computer networks, phone network, printers, etc.
  • Exhibits sound and accurate judgment
