About The Position

This position serves administration, faculty, and staff with IT support. It administers various systems throughout the school, including FACTS SIS and the website, as needed, and works cooperatively with the Leadership Team.

Requirements

A fellow Christian who supports without reservation the Judah Christian School Statement of Faith
Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Preferred experience in FACTS SIS and/or Google systems
Display knowledge of networks, hardware, and software support
Can effectively communicate via spoken word, phone, email, etc.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple support requests, projects, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer service and technical accuracy
Willingness to work as a member of a team, as well as the ability to work independently
Able to work with high level of integrity and confidentiality
Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

IT Support.
Support the student information system as needed in collaboration with the Admissions Office.
Provide various reports across divisions.
Administer of Google Admin Console.
Create and maintain school Google accounts.
Evaluate computer programs, services, and equipment in terms of adequacy.
Supervise the circulations of technology materials.
Maintain a comprehensive, yearly inventory of licenses, hardware, software, and other materials.
Oversee all technology repair services.
Eliminate obsolete materials.
Support the school website and athletic website (with marketing and admissions), as needed.
Provide on-site technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, classroom technology, and security system issues.
Set up, maintain, and provide support for the school's audio/visual equipment and sound systems for chapels, meetings, programs, and other school events.
Liaison with IT Company on IT issues.
Manage summer IT cleaning & put-back.
Provide technical support for security camera systems by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues and assisting users with system operation and functionality.
Support and maintain Promethean Board technology by diagnosing and resolving technical problems, performing basic maintenance, and assisting staff with effective system use.
