The IT Support Technician will provide technical support to the programs and counties that are included in the EPIC region. This role is responsible for installing and maintaining computer systems, classroom technology, wired and wireless networks, and employee accounts. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, technically skilled at troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues, patient with users of varying technical abilities, and self-motivated to consistently learn.
