Provides frontline technical support to faculty, staff, and students in person, remotely, and through the service-request process. Diagnoses and resolves common issues involving Windows and macOS computers, software, user accounts, and network connectivity. Assists with workstation setup, equipment replacement, technology deployments, employee onboarding and offboarding, and office moves. Documents work performed and escalates issues requiring advanced troubleshooting or administrative access. Provides frontline support for classroom, conference-room, and audiovisual technologies including projectors, microphones, and cameras. Assists with technology support for meetings, instructional activities, livestreams, and hybrid events. Performs routine equipment checks to ensure classrooms and meeting spaces are ready for use. Assists with the setup, deployment, maintenance, and support of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Installs approved software and performs routine software and operating-system updates. Assists with device enrollment and maintains standardized workstation configurations. Assists with technology inventory and equipment tracking. Performs routine tasks within systems such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or Active Directory under direction. Works collaboratively with technology partners and follows established technical documentation.
