About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed healthcare organization in Alturas, CA, to recruit an Information Technology Support Technician for a full-time, benefits-eligible opportunity. In this role, you’ll provide technical support across the organization by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and end-user device issues. You’ll help maintain IT equipment, resolve technical problems, document support requests, and guide employees in using technology effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of computers, servers, and network hardware

Nice To Haves

• IT-related education or certification preferred
• Three years of relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, test, and maintain IT equipment and systems
• Document support requests, technical issues, and resolutions
• Assist users with diagnosing and resolving technical problems
• Train users on software applications and end-user devices
• Coordinate technical support and repairs with vendors
• Keep users informed throughout the troubleshooting process
