About The Position

The IT Support Technician will work closely with IT management to support the strategic goals of the team. This is a full-time, on-site position that will provide high-quality work, along with great customer service. The technician will maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks across the organization, resolve technical problems while managing end-user requests, such as installing software and/or configuring hardware.

Requirements

• At least two years’ related experience required.
• Required to travel to all clinics.

Nice To Haves

• College or Trade degree preferred.
• IT related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities
