Kem Krest is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead technical support efforts, drive innovation, and ensure the performance and security of our IT infrastructure. Requirements

3+ years in IT support or system administration.
High School Diploma with on-the-job training or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, desktop OS, and infrastructure management.
Analytical, proactive, and collaborative with a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex IT incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and mentor junior team members.
Independently manage desktop systems, user accounts, updates, and patches.
Enforce security policies and escalate issues as needed.
Monitor system performance, generate benchmarks, and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
Coordinate with third-party providers and maintain hardware/software inventories.
Support IT projects, contribute to lessons learned, and apply insights to future initiatives.
Research new technologies, experiment in sandbox environments, and propose enhancements.
