About The Position

Our customer is hiring a Sr IT Support Technician to work onsite in Baltimore, MD. This role is a hands-on role- responsible for the administration of key IT platforms, endpoint support, and frontline technical troubleshooting. This role works within a small, close-knit team and will have the opportunity to develop skills across a range of systems and technologies unique to a performing arts environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on endpoint support experience in a mixed Mac/Windows environment.
• Sysadmin fundamentals: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows and macOS administration.
• Basic Linux command-line proficiency required.
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ level knowledge: hardware troubleshooting, OS fundamentals, and TCP/IP networking basics.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with an enterprise MDM platform, preferably VMware Workspace One, Jamf, or Microsoft Intune.
