The IT Support Specialist supports the daily IT operations and the organization’s technology environment. This role is responsible for administering systems, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring that IT services run efficiently and securely. The IT Support Specialist works closely with the IT Manager to implement technology initiatives, enforce IT policies, and support business continuity. This role encompasses Systems & Network Administration, End User Support, Security & Compliance, Application & System Management, and Project Support.
