About The Position
Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist with a strong technical foundation and a customer-focused approach to support users.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Desktop Support or similar IT support experience
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Experience working with ticketing or incident management systems
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
- Image, configure, ship, and track devices and accessories
- Maintain accurate asset inventory throughout the device lifecycle
- Manage incidents and requests in ServiceNow while meeting SLAs
- Provide high-quality support to users both onsite and remotely
