About The Position

Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist with a strong technical foundation and a customer-focused approach to support users.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of Desktop Support or similar IT support experience
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Experience working with ticketing or incident management systems

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
  • Image, configure, ship, and track devices and accessories
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory throughout the device lifecycle
  • Manage incidents and requests in ServiceNow while meeting SLAs
  • Provide high-quality support to users both onsite and remotely
