As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the architect of the employee experience in a 100% macOS, 100% SaaS environment, prioritizing speed, efficiency, and cloud-native automation. This role involves owning the Help Desk from end-to-end, serving as the primary IT contact for over 200 employees. It is a high-visibility position for a "builder" who will manage the Corporate IT stack, daily support queues, documentation, and metrics to ensure internal systems scale effectively. The role offers a clear path to evolve into a full IT Administrator. Mistplay operates on a hybrid model in Canada, requiring 2 days/week in-office in Toronto or Montreal.
