IT Support Specialist
About The Position
Madera Community Hospital is a growing acute care facility seeking talented individuals with a drive to provide quality care and dedicated to making a difference in our community. Under supervision of the I.T. Manager for daily job assignments, will perform a variety of duties of a routine and recurring nature. This includes answering incoming calls, entering data, maintaining inventory and basic hardware, installing basic software programs, resolving minor system problems, and performing related work in a technology focused department. Will work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of English composition
- Ability to work with numbers accurately
- Able to understand verbal instructions
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work as a member of a team
- Able to enter information into a computer following a format
- Basic understanding of data processing and computer operations
