About The Position

This position is contingent upon a future opening with Gunnison. The IT Support Specialist will provide end-user support for approximately 120 users, manage the IT support inbox triage and troubleshooting, and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes. The role also involves user training and assistance. Gunnison Consulting Group offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $74,000 per year, with the potential for bonuses and profit-sharing based on performance. Requirements

• Help desk or Tier 2 support experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
