This is a fully onsite opportunity supporting the Phoenix, Arizona location. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting RBG applications, including but not limited to RAS (Route Accounting & Settlement) software, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, Citrix, and iPad solutions for various location(s). They will also support, troubleshoot, and resolve local hardware and network issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment. The role involves managing and maintaining end-user assets, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, overseeing procurement, setup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management. Collaboration with the IT Service Center and other IT groups is essential for timely issue resolution and escalation. Accurate incident and problem management reporting using the IT Service Center ticketing system is required. Other projects or duties as assigned.
