The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting RBG applications, including RAS (Route Accounting & Settlement) software, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, Citrix, and iPad solutions for various locations. This role involves supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving local hardware and network issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment. The specialist will manage and maintain end-user assets, overseeing procurement, setup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management. Collaboration with the IT Service Center and other IT groups is essential for prompt issue resolution and efficient escalation. Accurate incident and problem management reporting using the IT Service Center ticketing system is required. Other projects or duties may be assigned.
