About The Position

This role involves monitoring daily operations of servers, hardware, software, and enterprise systems. The specialist will evaluate current applications, recommend improvements, and configure user devices and system access. Key responsibilities include administering the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system, collaborating with a Managed Services Provider on cybersecurity strategies, and staying current with technology advancements. The position requires performing quality work within deadlines, working independently while coordinating with others, and training employees on various software. Additionally, the role involves writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), completing monthly preventive maintenance tasks, managing IT assets and inventory, and collaborating with other departments on technology integration projects for process improvement and automation.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Suite of products including Office365, Server, and Exchange.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a computer systems environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily operations, including server, hardware, software and enterprise systems

  • Collaborate with other departments on projects, integrating new technology where possible (process improvement, automation, etc.)
