Requirements

  • 3 or more years of Information Technology and Microsoft 365 support experience.
  • Demonstrated, intensive knowledge of hardware, software, and network communications.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive support experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently.
  • Must be US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in computer science or related field is preferable.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or other IT recognized certifications may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Provide user and computer management support for our Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, both remotely and on-site.
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware components.
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
  • Manage customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's desktop and network computing environment.
  • Manage customer support calls and help desk application responsibilities.
  • Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
