About The Position

Seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite hardware and software support. This role is responsible for maintaining production and office technology systems, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, supporting end users, and ensuring critical systems remain operational.

Requirements

6+ months of hands-on PC/Desktop Support experience
Break/Fix troubleshooting experience
Printer support experience
Windows 10 support
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Basic knowledge of routers and switches
Experience supporting manufacturing environments
Experience with Active Directory
Mobile device and RF scanner support experience
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop support for hardware and software issues throughout the facility
Setup, configure, install, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and related equipment
Support end users with computer, printer, phone, and workstation issues
Perform break/fix troubleshooting for desktops, servers, network devices, and peripheral equipment
Assist with Active Directory account administration and user support
Support industrial and office printers
Re-image and deploy workstations as needed
Support mobile RF devices and workstation PCs
Track and manage hardware inventory and e-waste processes
Escalate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Perform other technical support duties as assigned
