Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in an IT support or help desk environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in: Windows operating systems, iOS (iPhone), Android devices
  • Experience supporting desktop hardware, software, and end users.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to urgent issues.

  • Linux administration or troubleshooting experience
  • Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, or similar)
  • Experience with Ansible or other infrastructure automation/configuration management tools

  • CompTIA A+ or other IT certifications
  • Computer Science degree or related education

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 Help Desk support to end users across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Linux, desktop, software, and hardware issues.
  • Support Microsoft Outlook and various SaaS platforms.
  • Set up and deploy PCs, monitors, peripherals, and related equipment.
  • Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and basic networking tasks.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Document issues, solutions, and support activities.
  • Prioritize support requests and communicate timelines and expectations effectively.
