Knighted is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Dallas, TX and support the IT department and greater Knighted team. This role goes beyond traditional first-level support; you'll serve as a reliable, self-sufficient IT Support Specialist who can independently diagnose and resolve a broad range of technical issues while contributing to the overall health of our IT infrastructure. You will be empowered to leverage FreshService, our IT Service Management platform, to manage your ticket queue and collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service delivery. We’re looking for someone who brings solid hands-on IT experience, enjoys service support, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes genuine ownership of their work. Being successful does not mean you are just closing tickets; you're proactively identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and the end-user experience. This position requires a foundation in IT Support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability and interest in handling expanded responsibilities. Training will be provided to ensure skills and quality of work meet Knighted standards. This role will be based out of Dallas, TX and require you to be fully in-office. Occasional travel to other office locations will also be required.
